Learn to Make Jun (Cousin of Kombucha)

It's easy to take steps to build up your gut health & improve digestion by regularly having this delicious & nutritious drink. Jun is the cousin of kombucha, made with green tea and honey. Save $$ & make this probiotic-rich drink at home for yourself!

At our July club meeting our member Melinda Chiew from Solace café/Solace Kitchen (part of H.O.P.E. Collective - Helping Others & Planet Earth) will show you how to make this.

This enjoyable & informative workshop includes: tastings of Jun and kombucha to compare, demo, tips & tricks to help make Jun at home

For those interested to try it at home themselves, starter kit of Jun Scoby, starter tea and recipe will be available for $10.

As usual, we will have ample time to discuss other beekeeping related topics.

Hope to see you there.
